If you would like to schedule a Mock Interview with the OCPD, please click here and fill out the form. An advisor will then reach out to you to schedule. We also recommend taking a look at our Interviewing Guide, which contains sample questions that you may ask, or be asked, during an interview.
Personal Voicemail Greeting
Your voicemail greeting should include your name, the information you would like the caller to provide, and when they can expect you to get back to them.
Please check your voicemail messages regularly and make sure that your mailbox is not full.
Sample: “Hello, you’ve reached [insert name]. I apologize for missing your call. Please leave your name, number, and a brief message, and I will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you.”
Leaving a Professional Message
When leaving a voicemail, it is important to identify who you are, why you are calling, and how the person or business can contact you.
Remember to speak clearly and concisely.
