Professor Scott Sundby Publishes Article in the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law


Professor Scott Sundby recently published his article "Everyman's Exclusionary Rule: The Exclusionary Rule and the Rule of Law (or Why Conservatives Should Embrace the Exclusionary Rule)" in the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. Professor Sundby teaches a variety of courses in the criminal law and procedure area. His writings focus on criminal law and constitutional law issues, including articles that have appeared in the law reviews of Virginia Law, Columbia Law, Cornell Law, UCLA Law, and Texas Law. Much of his research has been conducted as part of the Capital Jury Project, a study funded by the National Science Foundation that is designed to understand how juries decide whether or not to impose the death penalty.
