Professor Leigh Osofsky Gives Talks and Participates in Tax Policy Workshop


Professor Leigh Osofsky gave several talks and participated in a workshop over the summer. At the Law and Society conference, she presented a paper, "Who's Naughty and Who's Nice? Frictions, Screening, and Tax Law Design." At the SEALS conference, she presented a paper, "Microdeterrence." She also participated in the week-long Robert D. Burch Center for Tax Policy and Public Finance Workshop on Public Economics. Professor Osofsky teaches courses addressing various aspects of taxation and policy. Before joining the University of Miami faculty, Professor Osofsky was an Acting Assistant Professor of Tax Law at New York University from 2009-2011.
