Samuel A. Stern is a litigator and trial lawyer specializing in civil and criminal litigation on behalf of individuals and corporations. He has extensive experience arguing cases across many different forums ranging from state and federal trial courts to appellate courts.

Prior to founding Stern LLC he previously worked at Kobre & Kim LLP, in the U.S. Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney, and as a state prosecutor in Florida and New Jersey.

Professor Stern also teaches oral advocacy at the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law and serves on the Board of Trustees of Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
