Paul Huck is a partner at Jones Day. His practice focuses on business litigation, regulatory advice, and government investigations. He has an extensive legal career in both the private and public sectors, including serving as the General Counsel to Florida Governor Charlie Crist and as the Deputy Attorney General for the State of Florida. In private practice, Mr. Huck has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases arising out of contract disputes and business torts, shareholder disputes, and violations of the federal securities and antitrust laws.

As the Governor’s General Counsel, Mr. Huck served as the Governor's principal legal advisor on the host of constitutional, legislative, and statutory issues affecting the executive branch, supervised the major litigation being prosecuted or defended by the Governor's executive agencies, engaged in extensive sovereign-to-sovereign negotiations, and advised the Governor regarding judicial appointments. At the Attorney General's office, Mr. Huck was involved in the prosecution of a wide variety of civil enforcement and criminal matters in the healthcare, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical industries, among others.
