Mansour Ghomeshi is the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors for 360fly where he handles matters involving filing patent and trademark applications, setting patent filing strategy and negotiating and drafting corporate documents and stockholder agreements. Prior to working for VSN, Ghomeshi worked for Motorola for over 25 years where he served as Lead IP Counsel for the advanced products/technologies, sales and supply businesses and the international markets.

He has comprehensive experience in developing and driving IP enforcement and licensing opportunities, developing IP strategies for the sale and co-development of products, and negotiating and drafting US and international license agreements.

Ghomeshi earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University. At Miami Law, he teaches a short course on Intellectual Property, Transactions & Negotiations.
