Guillermo Levy is Principal at Guillermo A. Levy, P.A. and has worked at Caterpillar Inc., as Senior Corporate Counsel, and also as an associate at Hunton & Williams, and at Steel Hector & Davis LLP (n/k/a Squire Patton).
Over a 20-year legal career, Levy has focused on providing practical advice and counsel to business clients on a wide-range of domestic, international and cross-border commercial and compliance matters. He has counseled senior business executives on strategic distribution and on marketing and licensing related matters, and has supported fast-growing e-commerce and digitally-enabled initiatives.
Levy has negotiated direct sales of multi-million dollar power-plants, serving as regional risk owner for anti-trust/competition law compliance, or managing outside counsel on any number of commercial, litigation or regulatory matters, always viewing his role as providing solutions to enable his clients to deliver on their brand promise.
