A highly respected national authority on class action litigation, Adam has served as lead and co-lead counsel in many of the largest class action cases in recent history and has taught as an Adjunct Professor Class Action Litigation for 25 years. As a staunch supporter of his alma mater, Adam has been awarded the Alumni of the Year Award and always donated his salary back each year to the law school in order to fund student scholarships.

With decades of experience as a trial lawyer and an exemplary track record of success, Adam continues to provide clients with unmatched legal representation and guidance.

Adam concentrates his practice on class action matters and complex commercial litigation. As Managing Partner, he leads The Moskowitz Law Firm's participation in multi-state class action cases that involve teams of law firms from around the nation.

In addition to his involvement with the University of Miami, Adam was appointed to the Advisory Board of the Duke University Class Action Program of he Bolch Judicial Institute, where he helps organize and present national seminars and programs each month with federal judges on various class action issues and issues that affect the lives of every lawyer, such as the recent National Town Hall on Anxiety, Suicide and Addiction and Diversity in appointing Lead Counsel in MDLs.
