Adam M. Moskowitz is the founding and managing partner at The Moskowitz Law Firm. Adam has devoted his professional life to legal excellence in the service of his clients, advocating for consumer rights and protection and giving back to his local and legal community. For example, his success during the last 8 years in resolving over 30 nationwide force placed insurance cases in federal courts in Florida and New Jersey has generated over $5.4 billion dollars in monetary relief (plus important injunctive relief ending these practices) for over 5.3 million homeowners nationwide. Adam currently serves as Lead and/or Co-Lead Counsel in some of the largest national and state-wide class actions in the country and in Florida.
A highly respected national authority on class action litigation, Adam has served as lead and co-lead counsel in many of the largest class action cases in recent history and has taught as an Adjunct Professor Class Action Litigation for 25 years. As a staunch supporter of his alma mater, Adam has been awarded the Alumni of the Year Award and always donated his salary back each year to the law school in order to fund student scholarships.

Adam concentrates his practice on class action matters and complex commercial litigation. As Managing Partner, he leads The Moskowitz Law Firm's participation in multi-state class action cases that involve teams of law firms from around the nation.
In addition to his involvement with the University of Miami, Adam was appointed to the Advisory Board of the Duke University Class Action Program of he Bolch Judicial Institute, where he helps organize and present national seminars and programs each month with federal judges on various class action issues and issues that affect the lives of every lawyer, such as the recent National Town Hall on Anxiety, Suicide and Addiction and Diversity in appointing Lead Counsel in MDLs.
