Course Offerings

The language of instruction at Javeriana is Spanish. They offer a limited number of courses in English. Course availability is subject to change and will require approval by each Program Director.  Not all courses offered in English are available every semester, and there is no guarantee that the courses will be able to accommodate exchange students, possibly making it difficult to enroll in a full-load of English-language law courses. Students should contact incoming@javerianacali.edu.co to consult the updated list of English-taught courses.

Students may not transfer foreign language or other non-law courses taken at the partner exchange school back to Miami Law for J.D. credit. If a student enrolls in such courses, they understand they are for self-interest only and will not be considered for transfer towards their J.D. degree.
