Dual Degree Programs: International Students Coming to Miami

The Dual Degree Program is a collaboration between Miami Law and partner schools, allowing partner school law students to pursue an LL.M. at Miami Law. During their third or fourth year in their foreign legal studies from partner institutions, interested students can be nominated to apply for an LL.M. at Miami Law. Selected students will spend one year at Miami Law completing their LL.M. and then return to their home institutions to finish their law degree. Upon completing their foreign law degree, Miami Law will award them the LL.M. degree.

Interested students need to first be nominated by their home institutions. Please contact your academic adviser or mobility office at your home institution before applying to Miami Law.
