Robb Hern is a Director in UnitedLex’s Global Litigation Services division. In this role, Mr. Hern oversees a team of litigation and discovery attorneys and professionals as their work relates to data preservation, consulting, data privacy, document review, and trial prep. Additionally, Mr. Hern heads the UnitedLex Legal Residency Program in partnership with seven of the country’s top law schools, including the University of Miami School of Law. Since joining UnitedLex in 2011, Mr. Hern has developed an expertise in advising Fortune 200 legal departments in establishing streamlined and defensible e-discovery practices that have produced actual savings of over eight figures annually and reduce corporate exposure to discovery sanctions.

Mr. Hern received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with a concentration in Business Law, and is also an Adjunct Professor at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he taches eDiscovery Law and Practice.

At Miami Law he teaches Cyber Security and Incident Response.
