Professor Bernard Oxman Speaks at Harvard Law School Symposium


Professor Bernard Oxman recently spoke at a symposium at Harvard Law School on various international law issues. The panel discussion dealt with concerns on the situation in the South China Sea. The symposium was organized by the Harvard Journal of International Law. Professor Oxman regularly teaches conflict of laws, international law, law of the sea, and tort and is currently the Faculty Chair of the LL.M. in Maritime Law. He is the only American lawyer ever appointed to serve as judge ad hoc before the International Court of Justice and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.
