Professor Bernard Oxman Participates in Public Hearing at European Parliament on East and South China Sea Tensions


Professor Bernard Oxman recently participated in a public hearing on “The East and South China Sea Tensions Implications for Global Security” at the European Parliament in Brussels. Oxman is the Richard A. Hausler Professor of Law and is the Faculty Chair of Miami Law’s Master of Laws in Maritime Law. He is immediate past editor-in-chief of the American Journal of International Law and is the only American lawyer ever appointed to serve as judge ad hoc before the International Court of Justice and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.
