Professor James Nickel Presents Paper on Human Rights


Professor James Nickel presented a paper, "The Indeterminacy of Human Rights—Is it a Bad Thing?," at a conference at the University of San Diego Law School. The conference topic was "The Status of International Law and International Human Rights." Professor Nickel holds a joint appointment in the Philosophy Department and the Law School. He teaches and writes in human rights law and theory, political philosophy, philosophy of law, and constitutional law.
