Professor James Nickel Participates in Human Rights Conference in London


Professor James Nickel recently participated in a conference, "Rethinking Human Rights," at Kings College in London. His presentation was titled, "Indivisibility and Linkage Arguments." He also lectured at the University of Utrecht Law School in the Netherlands. His topic was "Realization as the General Guiding Aim of Human Rights Practice." James W. Nickel holds a joint appointment in the Philosophy Department and the Law School. He teaches and writes in human rights law and theory, political philosophy, philosophy of law, and constitutional law.
