Professor Felix Mormann Presents Work on Federalism and State Clean Energy Policy at Columbia Law School


Professor Felix Mormann participated in the Sabin Colloquium on Innovative Environmental Law Scholarship at Columbia Law School. The colloquium brought together a small group of scholars from around the country whose work had been selected for presentation before a panel of distinguished senior environmental law scholars. Professor Mormann presented current work that explores the role of state clean energy policy in federal and international context. Professor Mormann's scholarship investigates the regulatory and policy challenges along the path to an environmentally and economically sustainable energy future. He teaches in the areas of contracts, environmental law and energy law.
