Professor Felix Mormann advises policymakers on clean energy and energy efficiency


Professor Felix Mormann chaired a meeting on clean energy policy and finance on Capitol Hill. Following an invitation from Senator Chris Coons, Professor Mormann led a group of experts in their discussion of pending legislation to promote clean energy and energy efficiency. At the Renewable Energy Finance Forum for Latin America and the Caribbean, professor Mormann presented recommendations for policy design to cost-effectively promote renewable energy. At the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy's Finance Forum, Professor Mormann chaired a panel that explored the potential of novel investment structures to finance energy efficiency projects. His scholarship explores the regulatory and policy challenges along the path to an environmentally and economically sustainable energy future. He teaches in the areas of contracts, environmental law, and energy law.
