Professor James Nickel Participates in Planning Meeting with United Nations Special Rapporteur


Professor James Nickel was one of the scholars and environmental lawyers participating in a planning meeting at American University Law School with John Knox, the newly-appointed United Nations Special Rapporteur on Human Rights and the Environment. Professor Nickel holds a joint appointment in the Philosophy Department and the Law School. He teaches and writes in human rights law and theory, political philosophy, philosophy of law, and constitutional law.
