Westlaw is requiring all users to change their passwords. Beginning Sunday, February 1st, your existing password will no longer access Westlaw databases (Westlaw Next, TWEN, etc.).
We encourage you to change your password before Sunday, February 1st, by following these instructions:
- Go to lawschool.westlaw.com;
- In the upper left, click the blue "Update" link to the right of your name;
- In the upper right, click the "Manage OnePass Profile" button (you may need to scroll up in the pop up window to see the button);
- Under the "Username and Password" heading, enter a new password (do not change your username); and
- Click the "Save" button.
Beginning Sunday, February 1st, if you try to access Westlaw with an old password, you will be required to create a new Westlaw password using the "Forgot My Password" link (the above instructions will not work). To help you with this process, you can view this video or this instruction sheet.
