Transfer Student Orientation
The Transfer Student Orientation will be held on Wednesday, August 7th from 2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Attendance is mandatory.
An optional campus tour will be held beforehand at 1:30 pm. The tour will depart from the Bass Bricks.
The Orientation will be followed by a Reception with past transfer students from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
We will also have representatives from our IT department on the Bass Bricks on August 7th from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. to provide individual IT support, including connecting to our “SecureCanes” wireless network and setting up your email account on your phone and laptop.
If you prefer, you may also attend one of the 1L group IT sessions, which will be held on the following dates:
Wednesday, July 31: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 1 (two sessions): 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday, August 2: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Monday, August 5 (two sessions): 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. (*Room F209)
All group IT sessions will take place in Room F108, unless otherwise noted above.
