Friday, March 23, 2018 LAW DAY FOR ADMITTED STUDENTS
8:30 A.M. Optional campus tours.  Sign-up in advance.
9:00 A.M. Registration and continental breakfast (School of Law, Student Lounge and Bass Bricks)
10:00 A.M. Overview of Law School and Q & A with Dean White (Watsco Center, Fieldhouse)
10:30 A.M. Living Law:  Presentations from several faculty members.  Overview of 1L Year and upper-division options.
11:30 A.M. Break
11:45 A.M. Law Student Panel: Discussion with current students about their law school experience followed by questions from the audience
1:00 -2:15 P.M.

Lunch with Alumni and Administrators

2:30 -4:00 P.M. Optional Concurrent Sessions:  

- Financial Aid Informational Session (Room E352)
- Student Organization, Joint Degree, & Career Development Fair (Bass Bricks)
- Informal Housing Meet and Greet with Law Students (Law Student Lounge)
- Optional campus tours.  Sign-up in advance.

 

Saturday, March 24, 2018 HOUSING BUS TOURS* 

 

Saturday’s Housing Day will include a bus tour of popular residential areas for law students and an opportunity to meet and speak with local realtors about housing options.  Note: the bus tours have limited space and require participants to register in advance.  Registrants are limited to one guest. 

The Housing Bus Tour is intended to show you areas where many current law students live. We will not be going inside any apartments; we suggest you contact a realtor/landlord directly for this purpose. The Apartment & Relocation Guide compiled by the Office of Admission and Student Recruitment lists realtors for your reference. Note: Realtors do not charge a fee to assist you.

First Tour

Check-in at Law School Bass Bricks, 1311 Miller Drive, Coral Gables, FL, 33146.

9:00 A.M.  Bus Departure
Tour of Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Dadeland and South Miami.
The bus will return by 11:00 A.M. 
Second Tour
