Robert S. Rausch specializes in Capital Finance & Real Estate specifically real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing and finance. Rausch has worked on cases involving golf course, timeshare and resort developments, town center and mixed use developments, and land assemblages. He has represented golf course developers in acquisition, construction, operation and financing of several championship golf courses in U.S. and the Bahamas. In addition, he has represented developers of Class A office parks and town center/mixed use developments in development, construction, financing, owners' association and related matters; landlords and tenants in major leasing transactions. Rausch also has substantial experience with real estate financing, including representation of both borrowers and lenders in conduit and conventional financings. Rausch teaches a Real Estate Documents workshop in the Graduate Program in Real Property Development.
