Therapeutic Jurisprudence in Alaska
Therapeutic Jurisprudence has been highly influential in the courts, and serves as the theoretical foundation for the thousands of "Probblem-Solving Courts" that now exist in the U.S. and throughout the English-speaking world. These include Drug Treatment Court, started in Miami twenty years ago, Domestic Violence Court, Mental Health Court, Reentry Court, and many hybrid models.
