Republican Law Students Association
The Republican Law Students Association (RLSA) at the University of Miami School of Law is dedicated to increasing knowledge and interest in political issues and fostering open debate. The RLSA provides a forum for rational discourse of Republican ideals and a framework through which UM Law students can participate in the political process. The organization also generates interest in the party by sponsoring speakers, debates, and panel discussions. Our goal is to encourage participation in the legal aspects of the political process. The RLSA welcomes all views and encourages diversity.
The RLSA is a welcoming organization to all students. Whether students consider themselves a Republican or affiliate with another party, but are interested in learning about the Republican party, the RLSA offers an educational forum. For students who may not know much about politics in general but are interested, please feel free to come and join our meetings and events.
