Mass Torts Litigation Society
The Mass Torts Litigation Society ("MTLS") is a student-run organization dedicated to the study of complex litigation. MTLS concentrates its efforts on multi-plaintiff litigation, and class action issues, relevant to the practice areas of: environmental law, toxic torts, pharmaceutical, product liability litigation, aviation, antitrust, securities regulation, and employment claims.
