The Mass Torts Litigation Society ("MTLS") is a student-run organization dedicated to the study of complex litigation.  MTLS concentrates its efforts on multi-plaintiff litigation, and class action issues, relevant to the practice areas of:  environmental law, toxic torts, pharmaceutical, product liability litigation, aviation, antitrust, securities regulation, and employment claims. To learn more about MTLS, and the exciting upcoming events it has planned, please contact Anthony Schall.
