  • Keith Rosenn: professor, University of Miami. Professor Rosenn will deliver some brief opening remarks and then moderate over the symposium. Professor Rosenn teaches courses in Latin American Law, Constitutional Law, Doing Business in Latin America and Comparative Law.

  • Frederick Abbott: professor, Florida State University

  • Lawrence Kogan: president, Institute for Trade Standards and Sustainable Development

  • Robert Sherwood: independent researcher, author and consultant specializing in intellectual property issues and judicial system performance in Latin America.

  • John Kilama: president, Global Bioscience Development Institute
