Submissions Guidelines
The University of Miami Inter-American Law Review welcomes submissions of articles prepared by scholars and practitioners of private or public international law, or inter-American law. Manuscripts should comply with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005), published by the Harvard Law Review Association. Although the Inter-American Law Review generally gives great deference to an author's work, the Review retains the right to determine the final published form of every article.
Our preferred method of submissions is through the Expresso system. The Expresso website is located at http://law.bepress.com/expresso/.
To submit a manuscript electronically, please send the article as a Microsoft Word attachment to ialr@law.miami.edu.
To submit a manuscript via the postal service to the address listed below, please submit two copies of the article along with a computer disk containing the Microsoft Word version of the article.
