The University of Miami Business Law Review is published at least twice a year. The U.S. subscription rate is $40.00 per year. The foreign rate is $45.00. Payments should be made in U.S. currency. Subscriptions are renewed automatically upon expiration unless the subscriber sends a timely notice of termination. All notifications of address change should include the appropriate zip code.
