The Graduate Program in Real Property Development provides an advanced educational opportunity for lawyers dedicated to working in the real estate field either as attorneys or entrepreneurs. The Program is designed both for recent law school graduates and for practitioners interested in redirecting or fine tuning their practice. As development companies and law firms strive for greater efficiency, they are less inclined to train new associates and more likely to hire people who have a fundamental knowledge of real estate law.

There are no guarantees of instant employment or a complete knowledge of every facet of real estate law or business in this one-year program. Graduates of the Program, however, will have a decided advantage in an increasingly competitive and demanding market due to their knowledge and experience of real property development law and practice.
