Alumni needing a duplicate diploma should complete the duplicate diploma request form. There is a $15.00 charge for a duplicate diploma. Please mail the form with payment to:

Currently enrolled students may obtain an unofficial student copy of their transcript in our office. You must present picture ID.
Official transcripts for current students and alumnus can be ordered using myUM and are also available through the University Registrar, located at 121 Whitten University Center.
Alumni who need an unofficial copy of their transcript must fax their request to 305-284-1793. Please provide a signed request listing your social security number, dates of attendance, name under which you attended and the address to which you want the transcript mailed.
Electronic transcripts are not available.
We can verify enrollment over the phone or in writing. For a written verification we require the request in writing. It can be faxed to us at 305-284-1793. We will need the name that the student attended under, as well as dates of attendance. We only verify if the student is enrolled. We will not provide any information pertaining to the student's class schedule or GPA.
We will verify a degree over the phone. We cannot verify honors or cumulative GPA without a release from the student. Written requests can be faxed as detailed above.
