With our renowned faculty and comprehensive array of courses, the University of Miami School of Law provides the solid grounding necessary to practice law successfully in a range of areas, including corporate, business & taxation , and international. The School offers the J.D., five LL.M. programs, and a number of joint degrees.

 

Integral to our curriculum are several ambitious certificate programs that offer students the option to focus their studies and concentrate on areas of special interest. These certificate programs include: Business and Financial Law; International Law; and Employment, Labor and Immigration Law.

 

At the same time, the School of Law reaches beyond traditional boundaries to address the problems and opportunities changing technologies, societal norms, and the globalized economy pose. Our award-winning clinics in Bankruptcy Assistance, Children & Youth Law, Community Economic Development, and Health & Elder Law provide exceptional training for students to be the architects of this rapidly changing world.
