Welcome to the Class 2012
As the Dean of Students at the University of Miami School of Law, I am delighted to welcome you to our law school community.
The Dean of Students office coordinates a wide range of services to the students in the Law School Community. From orientation to graduation, we strive to serve the needs of our law students. We counsel students on academic and personal matters, coordinate disability services and promote student wellness. We also work with our many student organizations that contribute to the vibrant life of the Law School. We have responsibility for the fair administration of examinations as well as promoting high standards of ethics and professionalism among our student body.

We have a great Orientation Committee made up of 2L and 3L students who are planning summer pre-orientation events in July and August to get to know you. For those of you out of South Florida this summer, we will have created a blog to discuss law-related books and movies.
