Chief Judge Federico Moreno (JD '78) and Judges Adalberto Jordan (JD ’87) and Jose Martinez (JD '65) discussed "The Exercise of Judicial Discretion Under the Federal Rules of Evidence" during Professor Ricardo Bascuas' Evidence class on November 5, 2007. The panel of distinguished alumni answered students' questions on the considerations that go into making evidentiary rulings during trial. Professor Bascuas moderated.
