Professor Bernard H. Oxman, the Richard A. Hausler Professor of Law at the University of Miami, and his co-editor, Professor Lori Fisler Damrosch, the Henry L. Moses Professor of International Law and Organization at Columbia University, were re-elected on November 3rd, 2007 as editors in chief of the American Journal of International Law (AJIL) for a second term commencing in April 2008. Their first term began in April 2003. The AJIL, which recently celebrated its centennial, is widely regarded as the premier peer-reviewed journal in its field. It is published by the American Society of International Law, whose Executive Council elected Professors Damrosch and Oxman on the recommendation of the AJIL Board of Editors.
