UM Law School Professor Ricardo J. Bascuas Appointed to Committees of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida
UM Law School Professor Ricardo J. Bascuas has been appointed by Chief Judge Federico Moreno (JD '78) to two committees of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida: The Advisory Committee on Rules and Procedures, which works on revisions to local rules; and The Committee on Attorney Admissions, Peer Review and Attorney Grievance, which deals with complaints about attorneys and admissions requirements.
