UM Law School Professor Kenneth M. Casebeer Presents Paper at Labor and Employment Symposium
UM Law School Professor Kenneth M. Casebeer participated in the Second Annual Colloquium on Current Scholarship in Labor and Employment Law, which took place on September 28-29, 2007. Professor Casebeer presented a paper titled "Of Service Workers, Contracting Out, Joint Employment, Legal Consciousness, and the University of Miami." The conference was jointly hosted by the University of Colorado Law School and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, with presentations in both Denver and Boulder, Colorado. The Colloquium offered an opportunity for labor and employment law scholars from around the country to present their works in progress or recent scholarship, to get feedback from their colleagues, and to have a chance to meet and interact with those who are also teaching and researching in the labor and employment law area.
