UM Law School Professor Ricardo J. Bascuas is Co-Counsel to Plaintiff in First Amendment Lawsuit Involving Cockfights
UM Law School Professor Ricardo J. Bascuas, along with co-counsel David O. Markus, filed a lawsuit in federal court on Tuesday, July 10, 2007, on behalf of Advanced Consulting and Marketing, a company that broadcasts cockfights on the internet.
