UM Law School Professor Richard L. Williamson, Jr. is Keynote Speaker at Meeting of Florida Bar’s International Law Section
On Friday June 29th, during the 2007 Annual Florida Bar Convention, UM Law School Professor Richard L. Williamson, Jr. was the Lunch Keynote Speaker at the meeting of the International Law Section of the Florida Bar. His topic was entitled "Environmental and Proliferation Threats: Do we need more enforcement authority beyond our territorial waters?"
