The winners of the 2005-2006 Negotiation Competition are Dina Gorokhovskaya and Nathan Alexander.

The Negotiation Competition is an intra-school competition sponsored by the UM Moot Court Board. The competition challenges the competitors' negotiating and alternate dispute resolution skills. It is open to upper-level law students, and is judged by local attorneys, mediators, and judges. The Negotiation Competition is the first competition of the school year, and the top two teams go on to represent UM in the ABA Negotiation Competition Regionals. This year's faculty advisor is Professor Williamson, who has taught ADR at UM for many years.
