Miami Law Immigration Clinic Students Argue Before Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, Seeking Suspension of Deportations to Haiti

(Posted: 11-26-12) On November 3, students in Miami Law's Immigration Clinic argued for halting deportations to post-earthquake Haiti during a formal working meeting called by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. Representatives from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. State Department also attended the meeting.

International Arbitration a Hot Topic at ABA Meeting
