Ted McNamara, 2L, and Chris Bogren, 2L, are winners of this year’s Miami Law Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board Negotiation Competition, which began earlier this week.

Finishing in second place: Courtney Tie, 3L, and Arthur Weaver, 3L.

Twenty-two teams squared off for a chance to advance to the Orlando regional taking place next month. This year's Negotiation Competition involved both the Harvard Program on Negotiation Simulations and the ABA Negotiation Interschool Competition Problems. Past competitions have only utilized the Harvard Program.
