Homecoming 2009 will take place this weekend, beginning on Friday, November 6. The School of Law is hosting several class reunions, the 30th anniversary of the Graduate Program in Real Property Development, and the 61st annual “Morning Spirits” and Homecoming Breakfast. 

Reunion on Alumni Avenue, a giant block party featuring class and school reunions, will take place in Stanford Circle on November 6 from 6:30 – 11:00 p.m.  Alumni will have the opportunity to reach out to old friends, meet new ones, and enjoy UM traditions such as the Homecoming parade, boat burning, and fireworks.

The Homecoming Breakfast, which will be held at the Riviera Country Club in Coral Gables on Saturday, November 7, will feature Dean Patricia D. White as the keynote speaker.  Two alumni awards will be presented by the President of the Law Alumni Association, Jeffrey D. Weinstock, J.D. ’96, LL.M. ’03.
