On Saturday, September 5, UM Law Alumni Relations Dean Georgina Angones spoke at the Hispanic National Bar Associaton’s So You Want to Become a Judge – Alternative Paths to the Bench panel, where she discussed the different avenues to the judiciary and what attorneys interested in serving on the bench can do to maximize the experiences that will make them competitive in the judicial selection process.

Prado from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; and Carlos Ortiz, vice president and general counsel at Goya Foods.
