UM Law Alumnus Appointed Chief Financial Officer at Energy Telecom, Inc.
UM Law alumnus Ronny J. Halperin has been named the Chief Financial Officer for Energy Telecom, Inc.
Halperin has worked for several years as corporate counsel for Energy Telecom, Inc., which holds U.S. and foreign patents for the world's first hands-free, wireless communication eyewear. He has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1990, and specializes in general corporate law, finance, mergers, acquisitions and real estate. He is the president of Ronny J. Halperin, PA, and was previously a partner at Kluger, Peretz, Kaplan & Berlin, P.L. Halperin graduated with a degree in finance from the University of Miami and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1990. As a student, Halperin served as an editor of the University of Miami Law Review. He graduated with cum laude honors.
