Cristol is chief judge emeritus of the United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District of Florida. The 1959 alumnus teaches seminars and workshops on bankruptcy at the Law School. He is also the judicial director of the school’s Law Alumni Association. In “A Bankrupt Financial System,” he discusses the America financial crisis and the HR 200 Act.
