After two mistrials, the Liberty City Six are heading back to court for their third trial. As in the past — leading to, during, and after the group’s previous trials — UM Law Professor Bruce J. Winick’s opinion on the case is being sought by various media outlets. Professor Winick, who teaches Constitutional Law II, Advanced Criminal Procedure, New Directions in Lawyering: Interviewing, Counseling, and Attorney/Client Relational Skills, and a seminar in Psychology and Law, has been quoted in the following news articles about the upcoming third trial.
