UM Law Professor Anthony V. Alfieri was quoted in a December 23, 2008 Daily Business Review article titled “Crist accelerates high court interviews as lawsuit looms.” In it, Professor Alfieri says that any efforts by Florida Governor Charlie Crist to speed up Florida Supreme Court Justice interview process hurts the credibility of the Governor and Florida Supreme Court Judicial Nominating Commission.
