Manship School of Mass
Communication Hall of Fame Banquet
April 28, 2004
The Manship School of Mass Communication will induct Juanita Greene, class of 1945, and John Hill, class of 1967, into its Hall of Fame during the annual Banquet and induction ceremony April 28, 2004. Mrs. Greene is an accomplished environmental journalist known for her work with the Miami Herald and her later activism with the Florida Everglades. Mr. Hill has covered Louisiana politics for decades as a reporter for Gannett. They will be honored along with Dr. Bill Ross, a distinguished professor instrumental in the establishment of what was then Journalism as a separate college at LSU.
