            BEFORE THE COURT are Sonia Escobio O'Donnell's Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice to Represent Plaintiff and Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time, both filed May 25, 1995. Sonia Escobio O'Donnell is practicing in the local law firm of Lehtinen, O'Donnell, Malman, Cortinas, Vargas and Reiner, P.A., which maintains an office in this district at 7700 North Kendall Drive, Miami, Florida. Sonia Escobio O'Donnell is a member in good standing of, inter alia, the bar of the State of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and she has practiced in the District Court for the Southern District of Florida as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for fifteen (15) years.

            ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Sonia Escobio O'Donnell's Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice is GRANTED on counsel's assurances that she will take the next test given for admission to this district court bar. It is

 

            FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall have up to and including June 6, 1995 to respond to the defendants' Motion to Dismiss. Defendants' shall have up to and including June 23, 1995 to file their reply.
