Site Map
The Everglades Litigation Collection contains
over one million pages of pleadings, deposition and hearing
transcripts, exhibits, scientific data and agency reports from Everglades-related litigation. Another
one million microfilm reel frames cover extensive document productions.
A 100 megabyte, 150,000 record, bibliographic database
indexing over three quarters of the material produced during litigation is now
available. 3,119 slides, hundreds
of maps, video tapes, and photographs,
and over 20,000 pages of news and magazine articles round out the rest
of the collection's contents.
Searching for materials is easily accomplished using the litigation matrix
or the litigation index. The matrix
lists all cases contained in the collection and has links to related documents. The index ("database") covers document
productions.
The collection's Search
site lists the many ways you may search for
materials. Alternate methods include searches by document type, e.g.,
pleadings, deposition and hearing transcripts, exhibits, scientific data, agency reports, news articles and
document productions.
